- Laptop Services gives general self-help information from the numbers you give it. It is not a repair or safety inspection, and your laptop's maker decides what your laptop supports.
- A battery that is swollen, hot, leaking or smells odd is a safety problem whatever its numbers say: stop using and charging it and have it replaced by a qualified repairer.
- Flight rules here are a summary of the FAA's page for passengers; airlines may set stricter rules. Check with your airline before you fly.
- Laptop Card Plus (when checkout opens): $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year in US dollars through PayPal, renewing until you cancel in PayPal; cancelling keeps Plus to the end of the paid period. During the preview nothing is charged.
- A Laptop Card that nobody opens for 400 days is deleted. Keep your card's private link: there are no accounts and a lost link cannot be recovered.
- The site may change or stop. Prices will not rise for a paid period already started.
